The acidity of the blood keeps increasing, so eat alkaline things:
- Fenugreek, Carrot, Sev, Banana, Guava, Papaya, Spinach, Brinjal Loki etc.
- After half an hour of bathing every morning, take an empty stomach with a teaspoon of honey mixed with powdered spoon cinnamon and vinegar powder!
- * There is not much difference between anxiety and pyre! Stop worrying! One should always eat rock (Pahari) or black salt, drink tea powder of Arjun’s bark powder, bathe once and twice a week in sea salt water, after eating the food, do the urination.
- * Whose blood pressure remains, you can drink salt after mixing it in tea decoction!
- Mix 1/4 teaspoon black salt and lemon in lemonade and drink it twice a day.
